Some of you (and by some I mean none) may be wondering why I decided to use "The Bard is Dead" as the title for this blog, well like many things that will be featured on this site, it links back to DND.
Our good friend Mehdi (The Magic of Mehdi) is in Dark Sun campaign with us and before he was Vargach the Ardent, he was a Bard, a bard with great bardy powers, unfortunately he died, he died at the cruel hands of dark sun. One of us, and I forget who exactly in the group first said it immediately reacted with "NO! THE BARD IS DEAD!"
Me with my random mind of randomness thought those words over in my head, suddenly "The Bard is Dead" sounded like a good group/band name, but since I couldn't create a band and our group had decided to go with B.A.M. as a name the idea for a blog came up and ta da, the name came with it. It doesn't really mean anything else, but the fact that most stuff here will be DND related....I guess it suits the subject matter
